CONTEXT

📈 Notetaker is the most viral way to use Otter

AI Notetaker is a bot that automatically joins virtual meetings to transcribe, generate, and share actionable insights. As the top driver of weekly viral signups, enabling Notetaker's auto-join and auto-share features is crucial for Otter's user growth.

5 EXPERIMENTS

🧪 Iterating and learning our way to success

Recognizing the importance of Notetaker settings, we conducted a series of experiments and implemented four iterative improvements. By leveraging insights from experiment results and user research, we refined our approach, ultimately achieving a successful outcome.
