CONTEXT
📈 Notetaker is the most viral way to use Otter
AI Notetaker is a bot that automatically joins virtual meetings to transcribe, generate, and share actionable insights. As the top driver of weekly viral signups, enabling Notetaker's auto-join and auto-share features is crucial for Otter's user growth.
5 EXPERIMENTS
🧪 Iterating and learning our way to success
Recognizing the importance of Notetaker settings, we conducted a series of experiments and implemented four iterative improvements. By leveraging insights from experiment results and user research, we refined our approach, ultimately achieving a successful outcome.

Digging into data to analyze users’ current sharing behaviors
1. After opening sharing popup, users tend to share via inputting emails more often than inputting groups.
2. Ranking of sharing methods:
a. Across all plans: public link > email > group
b. Business/enterprise: public link > group > email
